NADIRA SIRIWARDENA
An Attorney-at-Law with over 35 years of experience, Nadira Siriwardena brings deep expertise in legal stewardship, governance and corporate oversight. Her leadership supports the Group’s commitment to strong governance, institutional discipline and long-term continuity.
PRAVEEN SIRIWARDENA
Praveen Siriwardena brings a strong blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking and international exposure to the Group. With an academic foundation in Chemical and Processing Engineering, he contributes a forward-looking leadership perspective shaped by analytical rigor and broad business understanding.
SARATH JAYASINGHE
Sarath Jayasinghe is a senior human resources leader with over 40 years of experience in people management, institutional leadership and organizational development. His depth of knowledge strengthens the Group’s people strategy, leadership culture and long-term organizational capability.
